PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project involved a variety of code upgrades, as well as a new principal entrance to an existing post-secondary building. Notwithstanding the formal symmetry of the building, the entrance was designed to compliment the existing building’s aesthetic, materiality and colour palette, while ensuring ease of fire-department response, and barrier-free access. Screened behind the new entrance is a loading dock and other industrial features of the building.
