PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 5 storey wood-frame residential building, located on a tight, infill site in Neepawa, MB, was designed to connect to, and compliment, services provided by an existing, adjacent residential building operated by the same Owner. The design process included resolution of many constraints associated with the infill site, including connection to existing building, and snow loads imposed on adjacent structures. The building and all dwelling units were designed to be fully-accessible. Building amenities include multi-purpose room, dining room and commercial kitchen, salon, and fitness area.
