PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 104,000 sq. ft. building houses shops and offices for several street maintenance departments of the City of Winnipeg. The work was performed on an accelerated project schedule for a Design Builder and included coordination of very substantial engineering components.
The building has achieved LEED Gold rating.
