PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This apartment building maximized the vertical potential of its urban site through the introduction of loft suites on levels 3 and 4. The exterior aesthetic was chosen to integrate with other classical designs used in adjacent buildings in Winnipeg’s St. Boniface neighbourhood.
